After pursuing his master’s in marketing from
Queen Mary University of London, Mr. Sanchan
joined Arora Landcorp as managing director to
take forward the legacy of his father. He says, “One thing that particularly fascinates
me about business is the ability to take

and mindset, one can navigate the uncertainties
of the business world and identify opportunities

Mr. Rajiv Gupta has over two decades worth of professional experience in
real estate and telecom sectors within India, the Middle East, and Europe
including the UK with nationally and internationally renowned real estate
brands like Emaar MGF, Ireo, Parsvnath Developers, and Omaxe Ltd. He is also a seasoned expert in handling large-scale real estate events and
trade shows, having participated and organized over 100 real estate
exhibitions and road shows across North America including the USA and
Canada, the UK, New Zealand, the Middle East, and South-East Asia.

With nearly three decades of hands-on experience in all aspects of the
real estate industry, Kamal Rekhi is a seasoned professional committed to
delivering excellence and strategic vision. As the Director of Sales &
CRM, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our organization.
Her extensive track record encompasses property development,
investment analysis, and managing high-value real estate projects,
consistently meeting budgets and schedules. Ms. Kamal's expertise
extends to portfolio management, optimizing return on investments, and
navigating market trends, regulations, and industry best practices. Known
for her exceptional leadership abilities, she has built and mentored high-
performance teams, fostering an environment of excellence. Her
reputation for overcoming challenges and adverse situations showcases
